Marc has spent 18 years of his professional career in general management, marketing, sales and business development on international level in companies as Mars, Beckers and Wessanen. His broad business understanding and a strong customer focus provided a solid base to start up his own company Be Welcome in 2003 together with his wife Tine Soers. Over the years they built up an outstanding reputation in relocation services, business development and international recruitment with a common drive “International Mobility with a local touch”.

Tine obtained a Master in Applied Economic Sciences at the University of Antwerp and an MBA Marketing at the University of Birmingham UK. She worked for 12 years in marketing and sales in companies as Mars, Pietercil, Aral, Q8 Petroleum. Besides the general management of Be Welcome she develops and teaches the trainings : “Cultural Training – an introduction to Belgium” and “Intercultural Management Training – working in a multicultural team”. Tine and Marc share a joined passion for quality and service across cultural boundaries.
